4) Bookings & Appointments

4.1 How to book

You can request an appointment via WhatsApp/phone or email as shown on the website.
A booking is considered confirmed only when we send you a confirmation message (time/date/service).

4.2 Availability

All appointments are subject to therapist availability, room availability, and scheduling. We may suggest alternate times if needed.

4.3 Arriving late

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next appointment. The full price may still apply unless we agree otherwise.

5) Prices, Payments, and Promotions

  • Prices shown on service pages may be listed in a reference currency and are subject to change.
  • Final pricing for your appointment is confirmed at booking time.
  • Some services (especially tattoo services) may be priced after consultation based on design complexity and duration.
  • Payment method(s) and any deposits (if applicable) will be communicated during booking.

6) Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

To protect our therapists’ schedules, we recommend the following (you can adjust the timing if you prefer):

  • Reschedule/Cancel: Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment when possible.
  • No-show / Late cancellation: We may apply a cancellation fee or request a deposit for future bookings.

If you’d like a different rule (12 hours / same-day), tell me وأنا أظبطها فورًا.

7) Health, Safety & Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy status, recent injuries, or skin sensitivities before receiving services;
  • follow staff instructions for safe service delivery;
  • stop a session and inform the therapist immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, burning, or discomfort.

Massage therapy involves manipulating soft tissues and pressure levels can vary.
We may refuse or stop a service if it appears unsafe for you or for our staff.

8) Age Policy

  • General spa services: Minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
  • Tattoo services: Clients must be 18+ and may be asked for valid identification. (If your policy is “21+” or you allow 18– under guardian consent—قولي واظبط النص.)

9) Hygiene, Conduct & Respect

We aim to provide a comfortable environment for all guests. We may refuse service to anyone who:

  • behaves aggressively, harasses staff/guests, or violates boundaries;
  • is under the influence of alcohol/drugs in a way that affects safety;
  • refuses to follow hygiene/safety instructions.

10) Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, branding, design elements, photos, and layout) is owned by Serenity or used with permission. You may not copy or republish it for commercial use without written consent.

11) Third-Party Links & Tools

Our site may include links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, or social media.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, their availability, or their policies. Use them at your own discretion.

12) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:
